Terms of Service

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to book. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, repeated no-shows, or abuse of staff or facilities.

Bookings and open play

• A reservation is confirmed only after your payment is verified and approved by venue staff. Submitting proof of payment does not by itself guarantee a slot.
• Court availability is shown in real time but may change. We may move, modify, or cancel a booking due to maintenance, tournaments, or operational needs, and will notify you.
• Open-play sessions have shared queues and capacity limits; participation is subject to those limits.

Payments, fees, and refunds

• Prices are shown at the time of booking in Philippine Pesos (₱).
• Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout. You must enter an accurate reference number and upload genuine proof of payment.
• The booking confirmation we issue is not a BIR Official Receipt. Your Official Receipt is issued separately at the venue.
• Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the venue’s posted policy. Contact us as early as possible if you cannot attend.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false payment proof, making fraudulent or speculative bookings, interfering with the service, or attempting unauthorized access. Follow all venue rules and staff instructions while on site.

Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Centre Court is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform or from play at the venue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
